Job summary

Cross Border Talents in Lisbon is seeking a French-speaking Outbound Sales Expert to open business accounts with warm leads by phone and email. You will qualify leads, present products, and schedule account activations. A fast-growing tech company environment offers career growth and target-driven incentives.

The role is a full-time position with 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00. The contract starts for 12 months with potential to become permanent after two years, and training

Qualifications

• Native-level French, spoken and written.
• Experience in outbound sales or sales prospecting preferred.
• Good communication and persuasive abilities.
• Ability to work toward targets with a goal-oriented mindset.
• Familiarity with CRM tools preferred.
• Right to live and work in Portugal.

Responsibilities

• Make warm outbound calls to existing French-speaking clients.
• Qualify leads and understand each client's needs.
• Present products and book appointments for account activation.
• Close sales when applicable.
• Keep the CRM accurate and up to date.
