Job summary

Unit4 is seeking a Business Development Executive who is fluent in French and proficient in English to drive outbound sales in France. The role targets high-potential finance software opportunities, engaging senior stakeholders and building a strong pipeline for the New Business team.

The position emphasizes proactive outreach, personalized messaging, and collaboration with Marketing to run effective campaigns. A strong track record in B2B prospecting and SaaS/ERP familiarity is highly valued.

Qualifications

Strong experience in B2B business development, sales development or lead generation.
Experience in enterprise software, SaaS, ERP or finance tech preferred.
Experience researching named/strategic accounts.
Experience using CRM and sales-prospecting tools.

Responsibilities

Generate qualified new-business opportunities for the Coda France New Business team.
Proactively prospect into target accounts and market segments.
Research organisations to identify stakeholders and potential drivers.
Engage senior finance stakeholders including CFOs, Finance Directors, Financial Controllers and Finance Transformation leaders.
Use telephone, email, LinkedIn and other channels to create engagement with prospective customers.
Develop personalised outbound campaigns and messaging.
