You will handle incoming inquiries via multiple channels, maintain confidentiality, and participate in continuous process improvements. This role offers a hybrid work model in Porto and opportunities to grow within an international team.

• Manage complaints, questions and problem resolution with professionalism.
• Maintain data confidentiality and compliance in all communications.
