Consort Group in Porto seeks an Application Support specialist (French speaker) to manage customer requests and ensure service excellence within the application support ecosystem. You will handle calls, emails, and other channels, uphold quality, security, and confidentiality, and contribute to process improvements.

You will work in a hybrid environment, collaborating with a dynamic international team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and fast problem resolution.

Qualificações

• Experience in demanding IT customer service or application support environments.
• Ability to help customers, solve complex situations and drive continuous improvements.

Responsabilidades

• Process and manage incoming requests via phone, email and other channels.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, security and confidentiality.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and share best practices.
• Identify opportunities for process and organizational improvements.
• Update and optimize procedures and operational documentation.
• Report malfunctions, anomalies and incidents in a timely manner.
• Deliver high-quality customer interactions and ensure satisfaction.
• Handle complaints and resolving questions using structured methodologies.
• Maintain data confidentiality and accurate communications.
• Prioritize and resolve cases using management tools; alert stakeholders as needed.
