Qualificações

• Experience in IT customer service or application support.
• French language proficiency (C2) is required.

Responsabilidades

• Process and manage incoming requests from customers via phone, email, and other channels.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, security and confidentiality procedures.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the support team, and share knowledge.

• Report malfunctions, anomalies and incidents in a structured manner.
