MoOngy in Portugal is seeking an Application Support Engineer to join a hybrid work model with 2/3 days in the office. You will provide multi-layer application support across UI, API and workflow, and perform root-cause analysis using logs.

A good level of SQL is required, and familiarity with application logs and stacktrace analysis as well as JIRA and ServiceNow will help. Fluent French is mandatory for communication with clients.

Qualificações

• Experience in multi-layer application support (UI / API / Workflow).
• Strong SQL skills.
• Experience with application logs and stacktrace analysis.
• Experience with JIRA and/or ServiceNow.
• Fluent French (spoken and written).

Responsabilidades

• Perform root cause analysis using logs, SQL queries, and technical tools.
• Provide application support and troubleshooting across UI, API and workflow layers.
• Investigate functional issues by interacting directly with end users.
• Manage and document incidents, problems and requests in JIRA / ServiceNow.
