Nomadify is seeking a customer support specialist to act as the primary contact for French-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat, ensuring timely and accurate support aligned with SLAs.

You will document interactions in our CRM, escalate complex issues when needed, and contribute to ongoing process improvements within a structured KPI-driven environment.

Qualificações

• Native or near-native fluency in French (spoken and written).
• Good command of English for internal communication.
• Previous experience in customer service, contact center, or client-facing roles is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a structured, KPI-driven environment.
• High level of professionalism, reliability, and customer orientation.
• Open to relocation and on-site work.
