Hiring İnternational is seeking a French-speaking Customer Service Representative in Portugal. The role supports customers via phone, email and chat from Lisbon, Porto or Braga with on-site or hybrid work models depending on project needs.

You will join a multinational team delivering exceptional service and working across departments to improve the customer experience. The ideal candidate communicates fluently in French, with English at a solid level, and brings a customer-first mindset.

Qualificações

• Native or C2 level of French; English at B1/B2.
