A leading content moderation company in Lisbon is seeking a French native or fluent Content Moderator. You will ensure content compliance and safety, improve management strategies, and meet service quality goals. The ideal candidate has strong English skills and the ability to work on a challenging software system in a multicultural environment. This role offers paid training, performance bonuses, and private healthcare after six months.

Qualificações

• Must hold EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Portugal.
• Availability to work onsite and 24x7 (40 hours/week).
• Desire to learn and advance, be a curious investigator.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure legal compliance and safety of content uploaded.
• Develop and maintain standards for online community security.
• Manage content that violates policies.

As aContent Moderatorin this project, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Ensure legal compliance and safety of content uploaded to your platform
• Be responsible for the development, improvement, and maintenance of standards for the security of our online communities
• Improve the content management strategy for short video platforms
• Be responsible for coordinating with supervising departments for timely management of content that violates the policies
• Meet and exceed our service quality goals, compliance regulations and productivity targets
• Be responsible to follow the direction of management and provide feedback.

You need to have the requirements below in order to be selected:

• Native or proficient level ofFrench (C2)
• Advanced level ofEnglish(at least C1) both verbal and written
• Ability to adapt to a challenging software system.
• Analytical and problem solving skills with strong attention to detail
• Desire to learn and advance, be a curious investigator and problem solver
• Must hold EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Portugal
