Eugenia Talent recherche un content moderator francophone pour rejoindre une équipe BPO internationale à Lisbonne. Vous surveillerez et validerez des contenus texte, images et vidéos selon les politiques clients, en veillant à la sécurité et au respect des règles.

Le poste est en 3× shifts, 24/7, avec un salaire compétitif versé en 14 mois, et une complémentaire santé après 6 mois. Compétences: français C1, anglais B2; sens du détail, curiosité et esprit de résolution de problèmes.

Qualificações

• Maîtrise du français (C1) et anglais (B2) à l'écrit et à l'oral.
• Aucune expérience requise.
• Excellente attention aux détails et sens du service client.
• Passion pour les réseaux sociaux et curiosité orientée résolution de problèmes.
• Disponibilité pour travailler en 24/7 avec rotation sur 3 postes.
• Basé à Lisbonne, Portugal.

Responsabilidades

• Modérer et valider divers contenus (textes, images, vidéos) selon les politiques client.
• Identifier et escalader les éventuelles erreurs d’application pour résolution rapide.
• Participer aux tests, au déploiement et à l’amélioration de produits ou outils.
• Formuler des suggestions pour améliorer les politiques et procédures.
• Préparer et envoyer des rapports d’activité quotidiens.
