A leading content moderation firm in Lisbon is seeking a Spanish Content Moderator to ensure content compliance and improve management strategies. Candidates must have native Spanish and advanced English skills, with a keen eye for detail. This position offers paid training, performance bonuses, and a multicultural work environment. Interested candidates must hold EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Portugal and be available to work onsite 24x7.

As aContent Moderatorin this project, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Ensure legal compliance and safety of content uploaded to your platform
• Be responsible for the development, improvement, and maintenance of standards for the security of our online communities
• Improve the content management strategy for short video platforms
• Be responsible for coordinating with supervising departments for timely management of content that violates the policies
• Meet and exceed our service quality goals, compliance regulations and productivity targets
• Be responsible to follow the direction of management and provide feedback

You need to have the requirements below in order to be selected:

• Native or proficient level of Spanish(C2)
• Advanced level of English(at least C1) both verbal and written
• Ability to adapt to a challenging software system.
• Analytical and problem solving skills with strong attention to detail
• Desire to learn and advance, be a curious investigator and problem solver
• Must hold EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Portugal
• Availability to work onsite
• Availability to work 24x7 (40 hours/week)
