Job summary

Join is seeking a Customer Delight Representative for the French Market to support SMBs using Facebook and Instagram ads products. You will respond via live chat, email, and outbound calls to help advertisers.

Fluent French (C2) and English (B2) are required. You will work a rotating shift (40 hours per week), including weekends, with training and benefits such as meal allowance and health insurance.

Qualifications

• Fluency in French (C2) and proficiency in English (B2).
• Strong communication skills with a customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
• Experience in customer service or client support roles is an advantage.
• Flexible availability to work on a rotating shift schedule, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to SMBs using Facebook and Instagram ads products.
• Assist clients through live chat, emails, and outbound phone calls.
• Resolve issues, improve customer satisfaction, and offer troubleshooting assistance to advertisers.
• Identify trends and address challenges faced by multiple SMB clients.
• Provide product and tool support to enhance clients' advertising experience.
