CloserHire is partnering with a global technology company to recruit a Customer Delight Representative for the French market. You will support SMB advertisers on Facebook and Instagram, handling inquiries via chat, email, and phone to ensure a great ad experience.

Relocation to Lisbon is provided; 1050€ with room monthly, plus meal allowance and private health cover. You will work 40 hours/week on rotating shifts, with training and opportunities to grow within a dynamic team.

Qualificações

• Fluent in French (C2) and English (B2).
• Strong communication and a customer-focused attitude.
• Willing to work on a rotating shift schedule, including weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Provide support to SMB advertisers using Facebook and Instagram ads products.
• Assist clients via live chat, emails, and outbound phone calls.
• Resolve issues and improve customer satisfaction with troubleshooting assistance.
• Identify trends and address challenges faced by multiple SMB clients.
• Provide product and tool support to enhance clients' advertising experience.
