Mercier Consultancy Group is seeking a French-speaking Microsoft Technical Support Expert to join our Greece operations. You will provide expert assistance on Microsoft software and cloud services, resolving escalations and maintaining SLA quality.
You will work with international teams, deliver premium support to French-speaking clients, and stay current with Microsoft technologies. A relocation package and training are included as part of our comprehensive onboarding in Greece.
Qualifications
- Native or fluent French (spoken and written) required.
- EU passport or valid Greece work permit required.
- Interest or experience in IT industry.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide expert technical assistance on Microsoft software and cloud services.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex IT issues; ensure high-quality resolutions.
- Maintain detailed documentation for SLA compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve escalations.
- Serve as primary contact for French-speaking clients with premium support.
- Stay updated on Microsoft technologies and contribute to knowledge bases.
