You will handle inquiries across transport and logistics, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and help deliver a seamless service experience while working remotely.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent French (spoken and written) is mandatory.
• Valid EU passport is required for all applicants.
• Previous experience in transportation, logistics, or high-end customer service is highly preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in English for internal professional collaboration.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a commitment to professional excellence.
• Ability to thrive in a remote work environment while remaining a collaborative team member.

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class support to French-speaking clients regarding complex transportation and logistics inquiries.
• Manage high-volume passenger and freight communications via phone, email, and live chat.
• Resolve technical and operational service issues to ensure seamless transportation experiences.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of regional and international transportation regulations and policy updates.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline customer service workflows within the transport sector.
• Proactively monitor shipment or travel statuses to provide real-time updates to stakeholders.
