Mercier Consultancy Group is sourcing an Italian-speaking Customer Service Agent for Microsoft in Greece (Athens). You will provide high-level technical support for Microsoft software and services, handling inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, and documenting issues in our CRM system.

The role requires native or fluent Italian, a valid EU permit for Greece, and a customer-centric mindset. Prior experience in technical support is preferred, with relocation assistance and extensive IT

Qualifications

• Native or fluent Italian (spoken and written) is essential.
• Valid EU passport or work permit allowing residency and employment in Greece.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level technical assistance for Microsoft software and service ecosystems

• Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to extend and resolve critical product concerns
• Adhere to strict service level agreements (SLAs) within the fast-paced Information Technology sector
• Stay updated on the latest Microsoft technological releases and cloud computing trends
• Deliver consistent, professional, and empathetic support to Italian-speaking enterprise and consumer clients
