Qualifications

• Native or fluent Danish (spoken and written).
• Strong English proficiency for international IT business.
• EU passport holder (mandatory).

• Previous IT support or customer care experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level technical support for enterprise IT software and hardware.
• Troubleshoot complex user queries across multiple channels.
• Maintain comprehensive CRM records of technical interactions.
• Collaborate with IT teams to resolve high-priority incidents.
• Stay updated on IT developments to provide accurate solutions.
• Act as a Danish-speaking brand ambassador for IT clients.
