Career Nest Academy in Porto, Portugal, is hiring Customer Service Representatives for a car rental division. You will deliver outstanding care via phone, email, and messaging, in French and English, on-site with a Monday-Friday schedule and 07:00–18:00 shifts.

The role is a 6-month contract with relocation support. We offer shared accommodation for up to 12 months for candidates moving from outside Portugal, plus on-the-ground assistance to settle into life in Porto.

Qualificações

• Full professional fluency / native level in French and English (written and spoken).
• 1+ years of experience in customer service or contact center environment.
• Strong interpersonal communication and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Commercial mindset with ability to identify sales opportunities and upsell add-on services.
• Comfort working with modern digital tools and internal support systems.

• Position: Customer Service Representative (Car Rental Division)
• Location: Porto, Portugal
• Work Type: 100% On-site
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, between 07:00 and 18:00 (rotational daytime shifts)
• Days Off: Every Saturday and Sunday off
• Contract Type: 6-month contract

Compensation & Benefits Package:

• Gross Salary: €1,000 gross per month (paid over 14 months per year)
• Meal Allowance: €7.63 net per working day
• Comprehensive Relocation Support:
  • Shared accommodation provided for up to 12 months for candidates moving from outside Portugal (detailed conditions discussed during the interview; flight tickets are not covered)
  • Dedicated on-the-ground support to help you settle smoothly into life in Porto
