Responsabilidades

• Handle inbound customer calls, including sales, after-sales support, product information, and delivery enquiries.
• Provide technical troubleshooting using diagnostic tools such as TechSee.
• Assist with orders, deliveries, warranty claims, refunds, and replacements.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in English using the CRM system.
• Recommend suitable products and support customers throughout their purchasing journey.
• Escalate complex issues when necessary.
