Qualifications

• English proficiency at least C1/C2 (written and spoken)
• EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residence permit
• Experience in customer care, Helpdesk, or digital operations is a plus

Responsibilities

• Handle user enquiries via phone, email, live chat, and other channels
• Assist with account access and platform functionality questions
• Explain features and services to users
• Investigate and resolve common issues
• Manage complaints professionally and empathetically
