Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with inquiries related to energy services, accounts, billing, invoices, and payments.
• Provide professional support via phone, email, live chat, and other channels.

• Explain billing details, account information, and available solutions.
• Update customer records and document interactions in internal systems.
• Investigate concerns and coordinate with internal departments for resolution.
