Cross Border Talents in Porto, Portugal is seeking a Customer Specialist for a baking project. You will be the main contact for customers, handling inquiries about products, orders, deliveries and services.

The role requires fluent French language skills and a customer-centric mindset, with strong problem-solving and communication abilities. You will provide guidance through ordering processes and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues, aiming to maintain a smooth customer journey

Qualificações

• Fluent French (C1/C2) required.
• EU citizenship or Portuguese residency required.
• Strong analytical, creative and communication abilities.
• Professional, detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn in CS

Responsabilidades

• Provide excellent customer support via phone, email, live chat, and other channels.
• Assist customers with questions about baking products, orders, deliveries and services.
• Understand customer needs and provide accurate, friendly, timely solutions.
• Record interactions and resolutions in internal systems; escalate complex cases as needed.
• Guide customers through ordering processes, products, platforms and services.
• Meet KPIs related to customer satisfaction and response times.
