Role Overview:

As a Customer Specialist, you will be the main point of contact for customers, assisting them with inquiries about baking products, orders, deliveries, services, and general requests. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer support via phone, email, live chat, and other communication channels.
• Assist customers with questions about baking products, orders, availability, deliveries, and services.
• Understand customer needs and provide accurate, friendly, and timely solutions.
• Handle customer concerns and resolve issues while maintaining a positive experience.
• Guide customers through ordering processes, products, platforms, and available services.
• Follow up on orders, delivery questions, cancellations, returns, and other customer requests.
• Accurately record customer interactions and case resolutions in internal systems.
• Escalate complex or sensitive cases to the appropriate team when necessary.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure orders and customer issues are resolved efficiently.
• Meet KPIs related to customer satisfaction, response times, service quality, and resolution rates.
• Stay informed about the company's baking products, services, promotions, policies, and procedures through ongoing training.

Requirements:

• Language Skills: Fluent in French (C1/C2 level)
