Eugenia Talent in Lisbon is seeking a French-speaking Customer Relation Executive with English basics to join their premium concierge services team on a full-time basis in Lisbon, with a hybrid work arrangement.

You will provide high-quality assistance by phone and email, present the company’s services, analyze options for customers, update customer files, and escalate requests when needed, joining a supportive and professional team.
