Blu Selection, a fast-growing international concierge services company, seeks a Team Leader in Lisbon to guide a team of concierge advisors, ensuring a seamless, personalized client journey. You will own daily performance, coach staff, and resolve escalations in a luxury service environment.

The role offers a permanent contract in Lisbon with a rotating schedule and competitive compensation: base salary 24-26k EUR plus a quarterly bonus of up to 698 EUR and an annual bonus of 1k, plus benefits

Qualificações

• Experience in team management or coordination, ideally within concierge services, hospitality, travel, or premium customer care.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with a hands-on approach.
• Fluency in French and a good command of English.

Taking ownership of a team of concierge advisors, you will guide, support, and develop their performance on a daily basis. Your mission is to ensure excellence at every touchpoint while maintaining a strong team spirit.

• A first experience in team management or coordination, ideally within concierge services, hospitality, travel, or premium customer care
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with a hands‑on approach
• A natural ability to organize, prioritize, and adapt in a fast‑paced environment
• A strong customer‑centric mindset with attention to detail
• Fluency in French and a good command of English
• Confidence using MS Office tools
• A proactive, solution-oriented, and team‑driven attitude.
