Francisco Ci is seeking a French-speaking Customer Experience professional to join our Porto team in Portugal. You will deliver high-quality support via phone, email, and chat, ensuring accurate documentation and a seamless customer journey.

The ideal candidate has native French with C1/C2 level, strong English (B2), and excels in communication and problem-solving within a dynamic, target-driven environment. On-site role in Porto with comprehensive training and benefits.

Qualificações

• Native or near-native French language skills (C1/C2).
• Good command of English (B2).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal abilities and a professional attitude.

Responsabilidades

• Provide professional, friendly, and personalized support to customers via phone, email, and chat.
• Document interactions accurately in internal systems per procedures.
• Deliver seamless customer journeys and resolve requests efficiently.
• Assist with post-sales queries including orders, deliveries, warranties, returns, and refunds.
• Support inbound sales by identifying needs and suggesting relevant products/services.
• Process and update customer records with high accuracy and confidentiality.
