Cross Border Talents is seeking a French & English Customer Support Specialist to be based on-site in Porto, Portugal. You will deliver exceptional service across digital channels, addressing inquiries and resolving issues while identifying opportunities to offer additional value-added services.

Requirements include fluency in French and English, on-site availability in Porto, and 1+ years in a contact center or customer support role.

Qualificações

• Fluent in French and English.
• On-site in Porto; Mon–Fri 08:00–19:00.
• 1+ years contact center or customer support experience preferred.
• Strong digital literacy, sales orientation, communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide personalized customer service in French and English across multiple channels.
• Assist clients, resolve issues, and handle complaints with conflict-resolution skills.
• Identify customer needs and upsell complementary services.
• Maintain high quality and customer satisfaction standards.
