Francisco CI is recruiting German-speaking Customer Experience professionals to join its international team in Portugal. You will provide professional support across phone, email and chat, ensuring accurate documentation and a high-quality customer journey.

The role focuses on post-sale support, inbound sales assistance, and CRM management within a target-driven, multicultural environment. Ideal candidates will be native or near-native in German (C1/C2) with minimum B2 English, plus excellent

Responsabilidades

• Provide professional, friendly, and personalized support via phone, email, and chat; document interactions in internal systems per procedures.
• Deliver seamless, high-quality customer journey by understanding needs, resolving requests, proactive follow-ups, and ensuring satisfaction.
• Assist customers with post-sales queries: order tracking, deliveries, warranties, returns, exchanges, cancellations, refunds.
• Support inbound sales by identifying needs and recommending products/services to drive commercial growth.
• Process customer requests, update order information, manage records with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Achieve KPIs and quality standards, maintaining a professional, customer-focused approach.
