KultureTalent - Global Talent is seeking a customer support specialist to assist users with general inquiries and support issues, primarily via email, chat and social channels, with phone support as needed. You will adapt the brand voice to suit private and public interactions.

Fluency in French and a good level of English are required, along with Microsoft Office knowledge. A proactive, dynamic attitude and prior experience with customer-facing roles are a plus.

Qualificações

• Native or near-native level of French.
• Good level of English (to work in an international company).

• Experience with attending customers is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Assist users with General Inquiries and support issues via phone and primarily email/chat/social channels (as assigned).
• Adapt the brand voice and tone for interactions on private and public channels (social, forums, eCommerce reviews).
• Respond to customer escalations and upscale issues to higher tiers as defined and documented.
• Respond to inbound customer requests and document relevant case information.
