Qualificações

• Fluent in French (C1/C2 level).
• EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency.

Responsabilidades

• Process and manage administrative requests, documents, and forms.
• Review and update customer, account, and order information in internal systems.
• Ensure data accuracy and proper documentation.
• Handle account updates, cancellations, returns, and payments.
• Coordinate with internal teams to meet deadlines.
• Escalate complex or sensitive cases when needed.
• Maintain knowledge of processes, systems, and procedures.
