Qualificações

• Fluent in French at C1/C2 level.
• EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency card is required.

Responsabilidades

• Process and manage administrative requests, documents, and other operational tasks accurately and efficiently.
• Review, verify, and update customer, account, and order information in internal systems.
• Ensure data and documentation are accurate, complete, and properly maintained.
• Handle requests related to account updates, orders, cancellations, returns, and payments.
