Cross Border Talents seeks a Back Office Specialist in Porto to support daily operations with accuracy and efficiency. You will process requests, update records, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of tasks.

The role is fixed shifts and does not require English, making it ideal for French-speaking professionals. Ideal candidates are organization-focused, detail-oriented, and proactive, with EU citizenship or Portuguese residency.

Qualificações

• Fluent in French at C1/C2 level.
• EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency card.
• Strong analytical, creative, and communication abilities.
• Professional, detail-oriented, proactive and eager to learn in CS/operations.

Responsabilidades

• Process and manage administrative requests and operational tasks accurately.
• Review, verify, and update customer/account information in internal systems.
• Maintain data accuracy and proper documentation of actions.
• Handle requests related to accounts, orders, cancellations, payments, and updates.
• Monitor cases and follow up on pending requests as needed.
• Coordinate with internal departments to meet KPIs and deadlines.
• Escalate complex or sensitive cases to the appropriate team.
