BlueView Talent seeks a Back Office Specialist to support daily operations by processing requests, updating records, and coordinating with internal teams.

You will focus on accurate, efficient administrative tasks, ensure data integrity, and follow company procedures and quality standards with ongoing training.

Qualificações

• Fluent in French (C1/C2) required.
• Strong analytical, creative, and communication abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Process and manage administrative requests, documents, forms, and other tasks accurately.
• Review, verify, and update customer, account, order, or business information in internal systems.
• Ensure data and documentation are accurate, complete, and properly maintained.
• Handle requests related to account updates, orders, cancellations, payments, and other operations.
• Meet KPIs related to productivity, accuracy, processing times, and quality.
