Job summary

Cross Border Talents in Lisbon, Portugal seeks a native French speaker for outbound sales to small and medium businesses. You will contact warm leads, introduce the offer and turn conversations into new business accounts.

The role features paid training, health insurance from day one, meal allowance, Christmas and holiday allowances, up to 20 days vacation in year one (22 subsequently), a company accommodation option, and a 40-hour workweek with weekdays only.

Qualifications

• Must be a native French speaker.
• Experience in outbound sales or lead generation preferred.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Legally allowed to work in Portugal.
• Comfortable using CRM tools.

What You Will Do

Who You Are

• A native French speaker, with strong spoken and written skills
• Experienced in outbound sales, cold calling or lead generation (preferred, but motivated beginners with strong communication skills are welcome)
• Persuasive, confident and good at building relationships
• Driven by targets and results
• Comfortable with CRM tools (preferred)
• Legally allowed to live and work in Portugal
