Nordicrecruiters is seeking a friendly, customer-focused Customer Service Representative fluent in French to join our Porto team in a full-time role. You will respond to inquiries, resolve issues, provide accurate information, and build lasting relationships across phone, email and chat channels.

You will work with internal teams, stay informed on products and policies, and contribute to service quality. English proficiency and strong communication are essential, as is the ability to multitask

Qualificações

• Native or fluent French with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong command of English to interact with international colleagues and systems.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a positive, patient, and solution-oriented mindset.
• Ability to multitask, keep accurate records, and manage time effectively.
• Comfort working with customer service software and CRM tools, or willingness to learn them quickly.
• Previous experience in customer service or a related support role is an advantage but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email and chat, helping customers with questions about products, services, accounts and more.
• Resolve customer issues with patience and empathy, offering solutions and guidance tailored to individual needs.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, updates, and outcomes using internal systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure complex issues are resolved efficiently and to the customers satisfaction.
• Stay informed about products, services and company policies to provide current and helpful advice.
• Contribute to team goals by upholding service quality standards and performance expectations.
