UNIT4 NV in Lisbon is seeking an FP&A Manager to lead financial planning, reporting and analytics for the recurring revenue base. You will partner with stakeholders to maximise customer lifetime value and oversee a small FP&A team.

The role reports to the Senior FP&A Manager – Revenue and sits in a fast-growing, PE-backed SaaS environment. A hands-on finance professional with strong data and storytelling skills is needed.

Qualificações

• Academic credentials; degree level completed.
• Big 4/consulting background beneficial with FP&A experience.
• Experience in SaaS or recurring revenue preferred.
• Exposure to PE-backed environments is a plus.
• Experience leading or coaching analysts.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop a small FP&A team and manage outputs.
• Own revenue assurance: ARR, NRR, GRR, churn metrics reporting.
• Perform month-end close analysis and narrative reporting.
• Oversee recurring reporting deliverables and sponsor packs.
• Lead strategic revenue projects including pricing and profitability analyses.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Revenue Ops and Finance.
• Drive data quality and governance for Revenue data.
• Automate reporting and explore AI-augmented workflows.
