Unit4 is a cloud ERP company focused on mid-market, people-centric organisations. The FP&A team partners the COO organisation to manage the cost base behind Customer Success, Professional Services, Support, IT and Data.

You will own cost analyses, forecast models and investment decisions that drive margins and productivity. You will collaborate on headcount and cost drivers, build forecasting models, and challenge budget assumptions while delivering actionable insights to management and

Qualifications

• Educated to degree level in Finance or Business, or an MBA.
• Strong system and Excel skills.
• Experience in a fast-paced international organization.

Responsibilities

• Own analysis of the COO cost base across CS, PS, Support, IT and Data.
• Own headcount, employee cost and vacancy analysis against budget and forecast.
• Model cloud, supplier and infrastructure cost against usage and commitments.
• Explain variances to budget and forecast by function.
• Own cost inputs to the monthly COO position and ensure reconciliation.
• Lead cost forecasting for annual budget, quarterly forecast and Value Creation Plan.
• Advise cost function leads on resourcing, investment and efficiency decisions.
