Job summary

Coverflex is seeking an experienced FP&A Manager (Lead) to own core FP&A, forecasting, and multi-entity planning for a European remote team. You will consolidate metrics, manage the FP&A Specialist, and partner with Data to build scalable reporting and self-serve analytics.

Fluent English is required; SaaS/fintech scale-up experience is preferred. Role is remote across Europe with base pay 57,000–62,500 EUR gross yearly, plus stock options and benefits.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in finance
• SaaS (or SaaS-adjacent fintech) scale-up background
• Fluent in English
• Comfortable using data/BI outputs to inform decisions — dashboards not required to be built by you
• Strong financial modelling, forecasting & scenario analysis skills
• Experience partnering with other teams to shape data, systems or organisational setup behind financial reporting

Responsibilities

• Own core FP&A ownership with monthly close and board reporting without gaps
• Consolidate metrics dictionary and drive adoption
• Line manage FP&A Specialist and grow reporting/analytical skills
• Shape data, systems and organisational setup for fast ad-hoc requests
• Strengthen forecasting and scenario analysis
