Qualificações

• Native Flemish speaker with functional English (B2+) for updates and training.
• Strong written and verbal communication with a customer-first attitude.
• Comfort with computers, standard software, and CRM platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Handle Flemish-speaking customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism.
• Troubleshoot appliance features, order setup, and warranty inquiries; provide step-by-step help.
• Log and track cases in CRM and follow up until resolution.
• Deliver high-quality service with empathy and clear communication.
