Ignite in Lisbon, Portugal, is seeking Flemish-speaking Customer Support Advisors for a versatile hybrid role. You will assist Flemish customers via phone, email, and chat, help with product questions, and guide them through resolutions as part of a dynamic international team.

No prior experience is required; a fully paid training program prepares you for success, with 2–3 remote days per week and 5 on-site days in Lisbon.

Qualificações

• Native or near-native Flemish (spoken and written).
• English (B2 minimum) for training and communications.
• Clear spoken and written communication.

Responsabilidades

• Handle inbound inquiries from Flemish customers across phone, email, and live chat with professionalism.
• Assist with product usage questions, delivery coordination, warranty claims, and step-by-step technical resolutions.
• Record and track service tickets in the CRM; ensure notes are complete and queries resolved.
• Drive customer satisfaction through empathetic listening and actionable answers.
• Collaborate with supervisors and colleagues online and on-site to meet service standards.
