AmpsTek in Portugal seeks an experienced IT Support Specialist to deliver deskside and end-user support at client sites. You will troubleshoot Windows 10/11, O365 and hardware, and ensure VIP user satisfaction.
You will coordinate with Network/Data Center teams and manage DaaS lifecycle, meeting room devices, and documentation in ITSM. Experience with Active Directory and basic networking is required.
Qualificações
- Experience with Windows 10/11 administration and troubleshooting.
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 administration and support.
- Strong in desktop/laptop hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Experience providing VIP/concierge user support is a plus.
- Familiarity with Active Directory.
- Basic networking knowledge.
- ServiceNow experience preferred.
- Experience supporting meeting room devices and conference systems.
- DaaS lifecycle management experience.
Responsabilidades
- Provide end-user and deskside support for hardware and software issues.
- Support Windows OS and Microsoft 365 applications.
- Manage IT support activities at the client location.
- Handle VIP user support and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Troubleshoot conference room devices, projectors, and meeting room facilities.
- Coordinate with Network and Data Center teams for issue resolution.
- Record and track incidents in the ITSM tool.
- Manage device provisioning, replacement, and DaaS lifecycle activities.
