CBRE Portugal is seeking a hands-on Field Technical Support Engineer to provide deskside and end-user technology support to colleagues in Lisbon and Porto. You will troubleshoot hardware and software issues, manage tickets, and assist with meeting room AV setups to ensure smooth daily operations.

The role requires a strong customer-service mindset, knowledge of Windows 11, Active Directory, printers, and good Portuguese and English communication.

Qualificações

• Minimum 2–3 years in Field Support or Deskside Support.
• Strong knowledge of desktop deployments and peripherals.
• Experience with Windows 11 environments and Office applications.
• Familiarity with printers, AV equipment and meeting room setups.

Responsabilidades

• Provide deskside and end-user technology support to CBRE Portugal staff.
• Resolve day-to-day IT issues with minimal business disruption.
• Manage tickets and communicate status to users.
• Assist with setup and support of meeting rooms and AV equipment.
• Collaborate with IT Service Desk and regional teams on larger deployments.
