Tenthpin is seeking a proactive IT Support Engineer to provide high quality first and second line support for our remote-first global user base. The role focuses on Microsoft 365, Windows, Intune, and common desktop software, with Jira Service Management as a primary ticketing tool.

You will resolve issues, improve user experience, and contribute to IT service enhancements while collaborating with the IT team on enterprise SaaS applications.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT support roles.
• Strong experience with Microsoft 365 and Windows environments.
• Experience with Intune and device management is a plus.
• Excellent written and spoken English skills.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the first point of contact for all IT support requests via Jira Service Management.
• Log, triage, and prioritise incidents and service requests according to SLAs.
• Provide remote support for Microsoft 365 apps, Windows 11, and collaboration tools.
• Troubleshoot Microsoft Intune, 365 admin tasks, and endpoint configuration.
• Escalate issues to senior colleagues and contribute to problem management.
• Ensure IT policies and security standards are followed; support SaaS apps.
