Tenthpin is seeking a proactive IT Support Engineer to deliver high-quality 1st/2nd line support for a remote-first, global user base. The role focuses on Microsoft 365, Windows, Intune, and common desktop software, with ITSM tooling and Jira Service Management beneficial.

Ideal candidates will have at least 5 years in similar roles, excellent English communication, and a track record of improving IT services and user experience through collaboration and small projects.

Qualificações

• Significant hands-on experience supporting Microsoft 365 applications and Windows environments.
• Experience with ITSM tooling, preferably Jira Service Management.
• Strong written and spoken English skills.
• Ability to onboard/offboard remotely and work on small infrastructure projects.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as first/second line IT support for a remote, global user base via Jira Service Management.
• Log, triage, prioritize incidents, and meet SLAs.
• Provide remote end-user support for M365, Windows 11, email, collaboration tools, and hardware.
• Troubleshoot complex issues involving Intune, M365 admin tasks, and Windows endpoints.
• Escalate to senior engineers as needed and contribute to problem management and service improvements.
