Kenvue Inc. in Lisbon is seeking a Field and Customer Activation specialist to support Channel & Field Activation strategies across Mass Market and Pharmacy channels, ensuring flawless execution and Perfect Store standards at the point of sale.

You will collaborate with Field, Sales, Brand Activation and external agencies, with a hybrid work model (2 days in office / 3 days from home), and bring strong analytical skills and MS Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or master's qualification in Management, Economics or Marketing.
• 2-3 years of proven experience in FMCG, or Farmacy business.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze and interpret complex business data.
• Proficiency in MS OFFICE and digital communication platforms.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to business growth through support on Channel & Field Activation strategies across Mass Market and Pharmacy channels.
• Ensure excellence in execution, Perfect Store compliance and superior shopper experience at the point of sale.
• Coordinate alignment between Field Teams, Sales Teams, Customer Development Managers, Brand Activation Teams and external agencies.
• Support the development of annual activation plans and ensure timely communication and deployment to the field.
