Pluxee is seeking a Customer Experience Representative in Lisbon, Portugal, to join the Hybrid team and help deliver a seamless, branded experience for clients, consumers, and merchants. You will map journeys, analyze feedback, and drive customer-centric improvements across teams and processes.

The role collaborates with Sales, Operations, Finance, Product, and Customer Care to ensure end-to-end resolution and continuous improvement of customer journeys in a dynamic, digital environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer experience or customer support.
• Direct stakeholder interaction is mandatory.
• Exposure to commercial topics such as retention/renegotiation or cross-sell is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage stakeholder interactions on onboarding and ongoing support.
• Handle complex topics including contract discussions and renewals.
• Ensure high-quality customer experience aligned with company standards.
