Job summary

Intelcia Shared Services in Lisbon is seeking a mid-level Invoice Processor to manage financial cycles and partner with business stakeholders across Front Office, Middle Office, Finance, Procurement and Accounting Controls.

You will reconcile invoices, support reporting, and drive process improvements while maintaining accuracy, autonomy, and strong communication with multiple teams in English and Portuguese.

Responsibilities

• Calculate, monitor, reconcile, and process invoices related to fees and commissions.
• Act as the main point of contact for key Business stakeholders, including Front Office, Middle Office, Finance, Procurement, and Accounting Controls.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives and transformation projects.
• Support reporting activities and contribute to the team's reporting requirements.
• Provide timely feedback and follow up on complex topics and escalations.
• Manage delegated value-added activities, including End-of-Month requests and Payment Validation.
• Contribute to improving team efficiency, processes, and operational controls.

Main Tasks:

• Calculate, monitor, reconcile, and process invoices related to different types of fees and commissions.
• Act as the main point of contact for key Business stakeholders, including Front Office, Middle Office, Finance, Procurement, and Accounting Controls.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives, including Transformation Projects, Committees, IG missions, and incident management.
• Support reporting activities and contribute to the team's reporting requirements.
• Provide timely feedback and follow up on complex topics and escalations.
• Manage delegated value-added activities, including End-of-Month requests and Payment Validation.
• Contribute to improving team efficiency, processes, and operational controls.
