Job summary

PrimeIT in Lisbon, Portugal, is seeking a Junior Financial Markets Back Office Analyst for a hybrid role. You will support Front Office teams, perform controls, and reconcile data across systems to ensure accuracy.

The position offers exposure to Global operations across international locations and requires a proactive, detail-oriented mindset. Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's in Finance/Economics/Business, with basic market knowledge, strong analytics, and excellent organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of Financial Markets and banking operations

• Previous experience in Back Office, Middle Office, Financial Operations or banking is a plus

Responsibilities

• Analyze discrepancies, investigate their root causes and coordinate with relevant teams to ensure timely resolution
• Monitor transactions and operational workflows, identifying potential errors and ensuring they are properly addressed
• Work closely with Front Office, Middle Office, Operations, Finance, IT and other internal teams across international locations
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures, operational deadlines and quality standards
