Job summary

PrimeIT in Lisbon is seeking a Fees Payables Officer with 3–6 years of experience to manage invoices, act as main liaison across Finance and Operations, and improve processes. The role requires strong Excel skills, meticulous attention to detail, and fluency in English and Portuguese.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years experience in payables or related functions.
• Strong Excel knowledge.
• Fluency in English and Portuguese.

Responsibilities

• Calculate, monitor, reconcile, and process invoices related to different types of fees and commissions.
• Act as the main point of contact for key Business stakeholders, including Front Office, Middle Office, Finance, Procurement, and Accounting Controls.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives, including Transformation Projects, Committees, IG missions, and incident management.
• Support reporting activities and contribute to the team’s reporting requirements.
• Provide timely feedback and follow up on complex topics and escalations.
• Manage delegated value-added activities, including End-of-Month requests and Payment Validation.
• Contribute to improving team efficiency, processes, and operational controls.
