Pine Cliffs Resort is seeking an F&B Reservations Specialist to manage all restaurant and bar reservations, optimize table allocation, and drive upselling while ensuring a seamless guest experience across outlets.

You will collaborate with Marketing to align promotions, handle group and event bookings, monitor capacity, and provide actionable reports to support operations and strategy. Fluent English and Portuguese are required.

Qualificações

• Specialized or University Degree required.
• 1–3 years of experience in reservations or related F&B operations.
• Excellent communication in English and Portuguese (written and spoken).

Mission: Responsible for managing the entire reservations process for all outlets, ensuring seamless guest experience on the booking process, while driving revenue through effective upselling strategies. This role focuses on optimizing inventory and table management, collaborating closely with the Marketing team to strengthen brand positioning and handling group and event bookings. The F&B Reservations Specialist will be a key point of contact for guests and internal stakeholders, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and an elevated level of service.

Job Description:

• Manage all restaurant and bar reservations using the reservations system, ensuring accuracy and optimal table allocation;
• Maximize upselling opportunities by promoting premium seating, special events, and exclusive dining experiences;
• Monitor and optimize outlet capacity and inventory, balancing guest satisfaction and revenue generation;
• Coordinate closely with the Marketing team to align reservations strategy with promotional campaigns and brand positioning;
• Handle group and event reservations, including financial follow-up and debt management;
• Analyze reservations trends and provide reports to support operational and strategic decisions;
• Maintain strong guest communication, ensuring personalized service and timely responses to inquiries;
• Collaborate with outlet managers to anticipate demand and adapt reservations policies as needed;
• Support the development and implementation of guest loyalty initiatives through reservations interactions;
• Continuously seek process improvements to enhance efficiency and elevate the guest booking experience.
